Sample Course Training Need The legal firm found that staff who were dealing with terminology outside of their profession found it to be a frustrating experience at the best of times, and at worst for new staff, it had the potential to lead to mistakes and misunderstanding with clients. The legal firm found that this was most relevant to personal injury and clinical negligence practitioners, as well as legal secretaries, all of whom handled medical claims and reports.
Course Objectives The course was designed to give non-medically trained personal injury lawyers a working knowledge of common medical terms, phrases and abbreviations.
